Confident Birth is here to support you with childbirth classes and doula services in Westchester and Fairfield counties.

Our smaller group classes allow us to give you the most effective and attention-driven experience possible. If your schedule does not permit you to attend one of our group classes, we’d be happy to arrange for private lessons either here or in your own home at your convenience. Please contact us to arrange for your free initial doula discovery meeting or for any information on our childbirth classes.

All group classes are performed here in our Rye, NY, Milton Point location

We welcome Moms and Birth Partners from Greenwich, CT and all of Westchester and Fairfield Counties. Our HypnoBirthing Childbirth Classes teach advanced visualization and breathing techniques to help you release fears and enjoy a calm and peaceful birth.
