»What is a Doula?
A Doula is a trained labor support professional who provides educational, emotional and physical support to a mother and her partner throughout pregnancy, during childbirth and the postpartum period. My goal is to help families achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
“If a doula were a drug it would be unethical not to use it.”
— Dr. John Kennell

I provide two prenatal visits, unlimited phone/email support throughout pregnancy, continuous in-person labor and birth support, and one postnatal visit.
»Prenatal Visits (In-Person)
Discuss your birth preferences, hopes and concerns. Review comfort techniques and positions for labor. Learn breathing techniques. Receive help creating your birth preferences.
»Labor and Birth (In-Person)
